School Meetings
These meetings offer a valuable platform for the therapist to communicate the results of the Occupational Therapy (OT) assessment, establishing a connection between the findings and a deeper comprehension of the child's needs and behaviors. The discussions in these meetings enable the sharing of treatment techniques, ensuring that teachers and Educational Assistants (EA’s) acquire the necessary skills to address or collaborate on areas of difficulty through the lens of occupational therapy. School meetings also serve as important opportunities to revisit treatment goals and provide updates on the child's progress.
